sadly my housemate and his lovely 4 legged girl Tasha have to move out soon so I"ll have a room available in our friendly little abode, its in a great location oxford street, buses 10 metres from front door to city, bondi beach, bronte, even chatswood, walking distance to major shopping centre, train. 100 metres to centennial park. So you must be a dog lover and be happy to cohabit with two lovely little dogs (girls).
The only furniture in the room is a queen size bed but I can have this moved if you dont need it. I dont have a lot of furniture so if you want to add to the collection your more than welcome.
So the place is not a palace but trying to find a rental that allows your furry family are few and far between so you grab it anyways its clean and tidy and being close to everything is at least one great thing unlike the crazy rents you have to pay , the room is big, the shower isnt haahaa, separate toilet and laundry all at the back of place which goes out onto courtyard, there is a clothes line to dry your clothes in the sun when it comes out which is nice and i love gardening so have a pots of plants out there too.
Would prefer someone working full time, not into having loads of people visiting all the time, I have a pretty hectic job so usually have quiet time during the week , Im happy to share a meal or have a coffee at the cafe next door with my housemate every now and again.
Will definitely consider if you have a pet as i know how hard it is to find a place that will accept your furry family
