We have an unfurnished private bedroom and bathroom available in our share house. The room has inbuilt wardrobe, ceiling fan, and can comfortably fit a queen sized bed. The bathroom has a large shower and double hand basin.
The house has recently been renovated and is a low set brick. Common areas of the house is furnished with the basics. We are close to schools, public transport, and shopping centres. The house has security, internet, entertainment area, and a secure backyard. We are looking for someone to stay on for a minimum of three months.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Able to clean up after themselves
- Pet friendly

Rent is $150 per week (includes water and electricity). If you want to share our internet, you need to share the bill.
