Double bed & desk available for your room but can be removed if you have your own. Large built-in wardrobe in your room. I'm an easy going, open minded, outdoor smoker. I work full time hours in the city Mon-Fri and look after my 4 year old son every weekend. Desperately seeking flatmate to share rent/bond/utilities as I really can't afford it by myself so I'm negotiable with rent since you'll have the smaller room. Nosey landlord wants to know who moves in so you'll have to fill out an application at some point. Landlord wont allow pets sorry. Unused carport available.
