Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi! I am a 29yo friendly, respectful and clean female, looking for a room in a relatively quiet area near st lucia/ indooroopilly. I spend quite a bit of time away on field work but would like a base close to UQ ,as i play sport etc there and also may be returning to study next year.

Preferably I would like a room in a house (a good size balcony would be great too!) but I would also consider moving into a large-ish unit. I dont mind if you have pets- love both cats and dogs. I am a social person and enjoy weekend bbq's etc but am not a late night noisy partier!

Ideally I would like to move early november and prob stay until the end of next year.
