Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there :)

My name's Carmel, I'm 21 and I'm studying at UQ. I also manage to hold down a retail job in the city.

I'm on the hunt for a friendly and sociable sharehouse. I'm laidback and easygoing, I like to have a chat and beer every now and then but I also know how to be mindful of others privacy.

I'm also quite well housetrained, although I am no clean freak. I'm not into any strange cults/religions/fascist regimes so you don't need to worry about me pushing some weird lifestyle onto you.

I'm looking for somewhere fairly close to St Lucia and the City, so anywhere zone 1 or 2 would be super. I'm happy to pay up to $150 a week and have no problems with coughing up for bond/rent in advance etc.
