Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm seeking a clean & Tidy House / app. to share with easy going, relaxed and responsible adult(s). Already furnished, but its ok if the room to rent is not.

My name is Mark and I am 33 years of age, and I work for JJ Richards mostly weekends right now and some days in the week.

I spend my free time relaxing at home, or hanging out with friends, movies etc. I have lived in share accomodation for some years now, and have had a lot of time overseas as well, so I am well aware of "shared resposibilities" regarding house cleaning etc, and also just being aware of other peoples "space" and privacy.

I am a pretty clean and tidy guy, and get on with people pretty easy.
