Hi Were looking for a Female to share a modern Spacious 3 bedroom unit in a convenient and nice location next to trendy shops, restuarants. Great transport with the bus stop only four minute walk and train Station is only 10 minute walk. City is close only 10 mins on the bus. Quiet location at rear of building overlooking leafy gardens. The bedroom for rent is the master room in the unit and is a large size, private and with good cupborad space and an ensuite as well as direct access to a large balcony. The loungeroom has heating/aircon fully furnished with modern appliances. Foxtel and Broadband internet.There is a lock up garage via secure entrance and the building has secured entrance. You would be sharing with two guys, one 32 and the other 28 we both have good careers and grounded working standard hours. Easy to get along with we like movies, lounging watching DVD's, coffee, saturday breakfasts and eating out and having a drink here and there in a stress free environment.Looking for someone easy going, responsible, relaxed and trustworthy and is looking for a relaxing and fun environment.
