My name's Carmel, I'm 23 and I'm completing my Masters in Commerce at UQ. I also work casually in retail, mostly Thursday - Sunday.
I'm on the hunt for a friendly and sociable sharehouse.
I'm laidback and easygoing, I like to have a chat and beer every now and then but I also know how to be mindful of others space. I consider myself an active person and don't spend a lot of time at home (expect during exam times when I become boringly studious). I like to swim, cycle, and run during the week, and on the weekends I tend to head out with friends for coffee/dinner/gigs etc. I'm housetrained and keep communal areas clean, but I'm by no means pedantic.
I'm happy to pay up to $170 a week and have no problems with coughing up for bond/rent in advance etc. I'm available to move anytime between now and June, so there's no rush on my end.
