Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a house load of furniture - which can be stored if necessary. I also have a dog, cat & turtle in a tank. I have been living with housemates for over 9 years now - unfortunately most of them have not been reasonable to live with so I am looking to get out, meet new people and hopefully build up a comfortable lifestyle again! I am extremely tidy and like to clean - just not up after everyone all of the time, I wont be your mother but hopefully can be your friend. I am past my partying days but don't mind if you aren't. I am just looking for a sanctuary to go home to. I am a non-smoker and I have 2 part time jobs and will eventually be finishing a University degree. I prefer the Northside of Brisbane as I am familiar with it.
