Preferred room and flatmate description

Me and my 4 year old female staffy x bully are looking for someone to live with as our previous housemate moved in with his girlfriend. I am 26, quiet but social, clean, considerate, responsible, reliable and work full time in the city.

My dog is a very people dog, she is a little over excitable but she calms down after a few minutes. She is usually an inside dog and she is house trained. She's not all that great with other dogs and had no contact with cats so I don't know that she could live with one.

I'm looking for someone to live with who is in their 20's or 30's and is over the constant partying stage of their life, i'm more into having a few drinks and a BBQ with friends or even dinner parties. I like to cook and would help clean up around the house and yard. Thanks
