Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm looking for a place in West End or near by. I'm a 26yo male, non-smoker, part-time worker/ full-time student. I'll be undertaking my final year of studies and will be devoting a lot of time to it. For this reason i'm looking for a place with easy access to UQ where i spend the majority of my time. Ideally, I like to live in a small house (2bed), but a flat would be ok too. My dates of availability are flexible but sometime from the end of Feb2010 til the end of Nov2010 is preferable.
