Preferred room and flatmate description

I am looking for a furnished room, preferably with a bed bigger than a single! I would prefer bills included and also an internet connection just to make things easier but I don't neccasarily mind! I am flying in to Brisbane on the 9th of January and want to get moved in somewhere and get settled before my course starts in February. I am enrolled at Southbank Institute of Tech and want somewhere realtively close by to save on time travelling (not in my time machine generally just on public transport!!). I am the perfect housemate :) laid back and tidy, what more could you want! All i ask is for my housemates to be the same! I like going and having a drink on a weekend, good listener, good talker, always pay my rent/bills on time! I guess I would prefer to live with 2,3 or 4 other housemates as i am keen to make some mates and like the diversity but if you are just the one with a room that fits my description please feel free to get in touch!!!
