Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm a 24 year old student studying a dual arts degree (BA Security, Terrorism and Counter-terrorism and BA Politics) also a BA Chinese(Mandarin). I'm looking for a furnished room to share with gay friendly like people ^^, I'm a NIDA graduate and well travelled. I'm interested in cultures, languages, the arts, histories and, you guessed it, politics - I usually keep the latter to myself :P I work from home in the evenings via Skype teaching Chinese kids (6-18) English. I'm quiet, respectful of space and can talk the leg off a chair. LOL. Seriously, I'm rather focused on studies but will like to have a bevvy every so often (am NOT a party animal). I don't smoke, hardly drink and usually keep the nose in the books. I'm looking for a short term rental. Up to 4 or 5 months.
