Preferred room and flatmate description

Am looking for a place in the general Kelvin Grove area (near QUT) but also close to Queen ST. for work. Planning to move down late November and staying for as long as its working out.

Having been living independently for almost a year now, so your not going to get some kid just out of high school with no clue.

Am great with kids, easily get along with most people. Have quite a bright personality. Love to cook & am happy to share. Commonly have urges to bake. Ha. Am going to be completing a degree in drama/education. Shall be working at Sanity/HMV.

Have my own bed, desk, linen, etc. Also if needed I have various appliances, TV, couches, fridge. But am happy to leave them in storage.
