Preferred room and flatmate description

Not to fussy on the room would prefer furnished. Hi there, im currently looking for a room around the rocklea area in brisbane. Im a very hard worker working within the mining industry. I dont know anyone in brisbane so this is a new start for me. Im not a party animal i am extremely mature and independent and im more than happy to socialise with who ever im living with. i have lots of respect for others and other peoples property. I am extremely neat and tidy however easy to get along well with. Would also prefer a secure parking spot for my car many thanks Dave
