I'm looking for a room in an already established flat available sometime after February/March that's somewhat close to the CBD.
I work full time in Brisbane CBD so would prefer somewhere that has easy access to public transport.
I'm clean, tidy and know how to respect others personal space.
I like to be social and have a few drinks on the weekend but I'm definitely not looking for a party house.
I'd just like to mention that I can also cook a pretty awesome spaghetti bolognaise. :) (You never know one day the mention of spaghetti may be the deal breaker)
