Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there, I'm looking for a house to share with maybe two other people. I work in Banyo, so am interested in moving anywhere in Stafford, Clayfield, kind of area, or on the south side near Wooloongabba, morningside area. I am a 28 year old male proffesional, looking to share with 22- 30 year olds, proffesional or student doesn't bother me. I need an average sized room however have a fair bit of furniture to contribute to lounge room and study etc. I have a dog, medium build, so I need a house with a generous sized yard and fully fenced. I am very profficient at cleaning up after dog, and you will love her anyway. I'm an easy going guy, get along with most people, don't go out clubbing much anymore, kind of focus myself on the daytime fun to be had. Anyway give us a yell if you are interested.
