Preferred room and flatmate description

Hey guys,

I'm a 22yo male, I am very easy going but am tidy! I run my own production company from the valley so that keeps me busy. I'm looking for a place where I can live cleanly as have been stuck with many dirty house mates before and can't respect a house that isn't being respected by its tenants. Also I'm not overly opinionated and loud but don't mind a good convo. I'm not looking for any specific sort of house/ unit, just somewhere that isn't too far from the city.
