I am a professional lady just returning from overseas. Looking for a comfortable share accommodation with pleasant & social people. I am a very neat and private person. I Enjoy good company and good conversations, but also quiet times. No heavy drinking or noisy partying please. Good social interaction is quite OK. I travel frequently and keep mostly to myself when home. I prefer to live in a share accommodation than by myself, I am used to live with others and I am open minded. I would like a spacious room since I have lots of books & clothes.... I am an outside smoker... (never in the house) - I respect non-smokers and would not invade their environment. I do not really need the use of a house phone (mobile) or broadband (have mobile too). But I would need off street parking, preferably garage. Presently looking, could move in soon.
