Preferred room and flatmate description

Hey there, il be new to bris as im moving interstate for work. Im looking to find a room in a house/apartment hopefully in east brisbane or west end, but i will consider any suburb close to the city! I've lived in share accommodation for 3 years so i get along with all types of people! Im considerate and reliable, but also very outgoing and friendly so im looking for fun, like-minded housemates! Ideally id like to live with people who keep it low key during the week, but are keen to have fun on the weekends cos i enjoy having a few drinks and heading out occasionally! Keeping the common areas of the house tidy is important to me especially the kitchen as i like to cook. Im looking to move in end december but this is a little flexible - even though im still in nsw before then i will definetly come up to meet you if im interested!
