The house: It is a high-set queenslander with views across Petrie Terrace. The house has recently been painted inside and recently renovated outside. 2 Brand new bathrooms Kitchen has electric stove and dishwasher. It has a great tropical backyard out the back which is perfect for entertaining complete with GAS BBQ. Laundry has 2 washing machines and clothes dryer. There is no off street parking, but there is on street permit parking. The house is a stone's throw from the Normanby Hotel and a short walk from the shops, cafes and bars on Caxton St and Latrobe Terrace. The city is a short walk away, through the Roma St Parklands, and public transport is handy with Roma Street station and the Normanby 5 ways bus stop nearby. If you are a football fan, you will love being within a 2 minute walk of Suncorp Stadium. The house is very secure with window locks. The house is fully furnished.
