I'm quiet, very clean and respectful and won't be home a lot due to work and sporting commitments, however I'm pretty easygoing and would be as social as my housemates are with regard to catching up on weekends etc - if they are not social, then I would keep to myself also.
Very reliable paying bills before/on date due - preferably looking for somewhere from 4 months to 1 yr or longer, depending on how well we get along.
