I am a Professional but also a student doing an MBA and living in a new townhouse only 3 km from City and close to Adelaide Uni and Uni SA. Looking for a short to mid term stay roomate preferably a student but not a requirement.
The townhouse is located near the tram which is free sport to the city but the city is also walking distance. I usually travel once every two to three months meaning roomate will have plenty of privacy.
Looking for a clean roomate (preferably female) that will treat the place as their own and maintain the townhouse as it is brand new. Roomate will have two rooms with private bathroom.
