We are looking for a new flatmate to join our group. Bondi International House uses its social activities to help people more effectively choose their flatmates.BIH connects people socially between around 16 different houses, once living in the houses people participate in a range of weekly activites like bowling, barbecues, movie nights, day trips outside Sydney, trips to the Gold Coast, Melbourne etc.
Through the group activities, people create lasting friendships that remain long after leaving the houses. It is this friendship between everyone that helps the house work through the issues that always happen in shared accommodation. Rather than be strangers fighting for the bathroom or arguing about cleaning.... most people are friends and work together.
The houses have foxtel, internet, washing facilities and parking in the rear of the house. There are people living in the house from all over the world, Italy, France, UK, US, Ireland, Australia. If you're interested in making new friends in a new home please contact me and I will arrange a time to view a house. The company doesn't get involved in deciding which house you will take, that decision is made between you and your flatmates.
We recently have employed a group co-ordinator and her role is to organise different activities that suit the houses.
We don't tolerate unreasonable levels of noise disrupting the neighbours & people in the house, this just creates a bad environment for everyone. The other benefit leasing from us is that you have a choice of many different houses for rent. You can change houses, as you may become friends with people who live in other houses that we arrange group leasing for.
