All properties are within 300metres of a tram and in close proximity to other public transport, a range of major shopping precincts and multiple dining and entertainment choices in the pulsating heart of Melbourne’s cosmopolitan district.
Our Rooms:
Are generous in size and provide a superior level of comfort and convenience.
Each private and secure room boasts luxuries including: either one or two king size single beds or a double bed; Bed Side Table / Lamp, Wardrobe, Desk / Chair / Lamp, Bookshelf, Comfortable 2 seat Sofa, high speed wireless internet access, 52cm television, DVD player, independent heating, and new properties have reverse cycle air-conditioning. Plus some rooms also have a dining table setting and coffee table in them too! Rooms in all new properties are sound insulated to ensure maximum personal privacy and comfort.
Common Areas:
All of our homes have an outdoor entertainment / BBQ area. Some properties have a commercial standard fully equipped Gym. The common areas consist of large fridges, new kitchen, double oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cutlery required, dishwasher, fire extinguishers & fire blanket, washing machine, clothes dryer, furnished dining room which includes a PLASMA television and DVD, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner for general use.
Outdoor Entertainment:
There is an outdoor 6 seater luxury setting and BBQ including all utensils required, for the residents enjoyment.
Inclusions:
The rent includes, board, electricity, gas, water, toilet paper, dishwashing soaps.
The common areas are professionally cleaned between one to three times weekly. Wireless internet access / option are available. Some properties have Foxtel (cable TV) in the lounge area and Gymnasium (where applicable). In properties where telephone is provided, two separate telephone lines are provided, and all local and national calls are at no additional cost.
