4 Bedroom Beach House located in Buddina. House is tiled throughout and fans in every room inlcuding an air-conditioner in the lounge room. The room comes unfurnished, it is a double with built-ins. To share with 1 male and 1 female who both work part time and study on a full time basis. We are mature-minded, responsible and best of all friendly. We are easy going but do not tolerate late rent payments or living with hermits or people who do not make the most of everyday. Rent does not include food however it does include use of fridge, freezer, gym, washing machine, dryer and kitchen appliances if need be.
