I have one fully furnished room available which includes a bed with linen and towels, TV , wardrobe, desk, and overhead fan . This room shares a bathroom, toilet and laundry ( with washing machine), with 2 other people. My home has a large fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor area. We are close to the University, TAFE college, public transport , shops and beach. Rent includes electricity and internet.
