**UPDATE If we make a day/time to meet, for you to look at the house/room and you dont have the decency to call "before" you are due to reschedule or let us know you are running late - (we understand things can "pop-up") then chances are your not the kind of person we are looking for. We are all busy and our time off is precious so sitting around waiting for someone to turn up, that doesn't, is extremely frustrating)
