Our old housemate has moved overseas so we're searching for someone new to join us in a lovely Queenslander in Cairns North.
We are Lizzie and Frances two 27 year old professional females. We've been in the house for the last two years and simply adore it.
We love sharing laughs, dinners and lazy weekend brunches on the back deck but also respect each others’ space. We're more of a dinner-party house than a party house and enjoy a glass of wine every now and then.
We need someone who’s respectful, easy-going, tidy and doesn’t need a TV to have fun.
The house is
- a large, fully furnished 4 bedroom Queenslander (3 x bedrooms, 1 x spare room for visitors) on a very quiet street
- 4 blocks back from the esplanade
- 5 minute drive/20 min walk from CBD

- Renovated kitchen with dishwasher and wonderful cooking supplies/materials
- Laundry under house
- Large deck
- Plenty of storage space
- Vegetable Garden
The room is
- Large, windows onto the deck and onto the garden with wooden floors. There's a double bed, clothing rack and chest of drawers available if needed.
Rent is $123 per week, electricity not included
