Hi...I have 2 rooms in a 2 bedroom luxury apartment in Earlville across the road from the Balaclava Hotel, it is a gated community and is very secure... I am seeking a full time employed person. Please no party goers. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a pool in the gardens. There is a dryer, washer and dishwasher. A new stainless fridge with ice maker and filtered water... There is a jug, toaster, blender, sandwichmaker, microwave, oven and hotplates. The unit has just been renovated, new tiles, paint, kitchen, electrical and new blinds in all windows. There are televisions in each bedroom.There is a leather lounge and coffee table in lounge area and a dining room table. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Also a patio on the front. I will be coming and going from time to time and the unit will be mostly yours to enjoy most of the time. I am looking for a person who will stay for more than 6 months, if your intentions are anything less please do not apply. Rent is payable in advance / month and $700 security and 1 months notice is expected when leaving. The Second Bedroom has a Queen bed & furniture & TV and is $600 / 1 person / month) The rent for this quality of home is very cheap, I am seeking a person who is going to repect my property.
