Preferred room and flatmate description
Large & beautiful recently renovated older style apartment, in a lovely part of Melbourne, easy walking distance to Camberwell Junction, Burke Road Tram (takes you to melbourne uni), Camberwell Station & a fantastic shopping strip.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms upstairs, both with robes there is an open plan living area/kitchen/ dining room with gas heater, floorboards throughout.
Featuring a central bathroom with a washer/dryer, there is also a brand new kitchen which opens to the dining area.
I'd just like to express that in no instance is this a party house, we both work very hard, so like to come home to a relaxed home.
Gas, electricity and water is included in weekly rent. - just aslong as you dont go overboard!
Couples are okay too! - Unfortunately we cannot have anymore pets here, as we have a 4month old puppy, that our fat cat already has issues with! - so I'm not sure he would be able to handle any other animals intruding on his space, haha.
What we would like in a tenant:
- someone who we can occasionally share a meal with & have a chat with.
- someone who respects our privacy (although this is an apartment, It is 2 story, so very spacious).
- someone who pays there way.
- someone who respects our property, and is not noisy and disrupting after 10pm on weekdays (as we both have to get up early for work)
