Our Edwardian style house is in a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street, close to parkland, Burke Rd. shops, and Camberwell station. The bedroom available is 4.7 x 4.5m, carpeted, has ducted heating and built-in robes.
We have a great kitchen for cooking and sharing a drink and a chat. Dining and living space and a peaceful retreat on the mezzanine level. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Main bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet.
The backyard contains an in-ground, saltwater, solar-heated pool. A great place to relax after a hard day at work or sit on the deck overlooking the pool and chill out any old time.
Off-street and on-street parking available.
Room available from 10 June 2012 (possibly earlier). Cost $219.00 per week, bills extra. I don't know why this site has worked the rent out at $202 per week. I'm right, the site is wrong!
