House has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area, combined kitchen and dining area and outside BBQ area (partially covered). There is an inflatable pool (6 metres diameter) for use when the weather actually fines up.
Living areas are fully furnished with all necessary appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioner, gas stove, gas oven). The available bedroom is unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe.
Other occupants are 24yo male live-in landlord (works fulltime as a software engineer) and 18yo male uni student (starting a Bachelor of Business this year). Both friendly and easygoing.
Pets are allowed with the exception of cats because of allergy reasons.
Utility usage charges are shared evenly by all housemates.
