Preferred room and flatmate description Our house at Camp Hill is 5.5 km from the city. It is a quiet, comfortable house with a garden and housemates have use of the pool. The room is large and furnished with desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers and a double bed (or 2 singles) with linen supplied. Power, water and wi fi internet are included in your rent.. There is a $20 refundable key deposit, no bond, but we ask your rent always remain paid two weeks in advance. That means when you arrive you pay 3 weeks rent and then each week after you pay another week. I require 2 weeks notice when you want to leave.
