Small fully furnished room (bed, linen, desk, chair, wardrobe, dresser, lamp) with wireless internet access. Sharing with 2 down to earth family members, a 34 year old full-time worker (I also study Uni part time) and a responsible 18 year old full time Uni student at QUT.
House is safe, modern furniture and has a nice outdoor area, air con in lounge room and ceiling fans / pedestal fans in bedrooms and kitchen. Walk to local shops and 5 minute walk to bus stop.
6 breakfasts and 6 dinners provided within the cost and limited wireless internet, rent to be paid 2 weeks in advance.
There is a small friendly dog on the property, you must like dogs otherwise this home is not suitable for you.
