The room is located in a furnished beautiful split level converted factory apartment with a large living space and balcony with BBQ. The apartment block has a rooftop pool and it located above two cafe/restaurants and a yoga factory.
I am a chilled out 30 yo professional female working in international development. During the week I get out a couple of times a week but also try to have some quiet nights. On the weekends I like to socialise but also do some 'battery recharging'. I am looking for someone who is relaxed and friendly, happy to have to odd meal or glass of wine and willing to share the cleaning.
The apartment is close to Annandale Village, King Street, Sydney Uni, Glebe and, the Fish Markets. And is two minute walk away from the bus stop and it takes 10-15 minutes to get into the CBD. Camperdown Fitness is a five minute walk away.
