Preferred room and flatmate description

hi, im phoebe and im a full time uni student at ANU. currently on campus but looking to move out into share accomodation next year. dont have a car so the close to campus the better, but im not really fussed with public trasnport/my bike.

im 20 years old, very easy-going and chilled out as a person. i like to have fun and hang out with friends but also cherish my down time- always love to just relax. im neat, considerate and dont mind doing my share of housework and cleaning. love to cook (cant say im very good though) hehe :P

basically im just looking for some young fun relaxed people like myself to move into a house, so i need a room of course. im a poor uni student so i would love a fairly cheap place- im not fussed on furniture. dont mind smokers as long as they're outside, and dont mind gender/ number of ppl in the house. i will be back to canberra in early feb and would love to move in asap in feb.
