Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm looking for a room in Kingston/Manuka general area for all of next year. Would like to live with 1-2 other housemates, male or female, who are keen to be sociable, would like to share the cooking, and live in a 'home' environment, rather than just a place to crash.

I love music, snowboarding, and travelling, and play the guitar, so housemates should be accepting of a little acoustic guitar every now and then. I also plan to learn how to cook properly (I'm not useless at the moment, but I want to get better). I'm an officer in the Army, and am finishing my fourth year of Civil Engineering next year. I'll be working in Sydney for January/February, hence the latish move-in date, but I can come back on weekends to move in earlier if required.
