There are 2 rooms Your room upstairs has quality furniture and a double bed. There is a lot of natural light and large built in robes. There is a bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet. There is a large amount of shared living space. $250 per week
There is also the possibility of the downstairs bedroom which has an en suite this room is $300w though.
Safe parking out the front. Gas costs are shared and phone costs if you choose to use the landline.
I am a professional with my own consulting business, I have a happy disposition and work professionally. I have three adult 'children' and friends who drop in. I enjoy music, art, theatre, film, yoga, good food and wine and good conversation.
