The House has a large backyard thats fully fenced and backs onto bush/ park with a dog enclosure, bbq and sports rec facilities, everyone in the area is very polite and quiet.
Furniture inside includes, fully applianced kitchen, dinning table, lounge and tv. Washing machine.
were Just looking for someone tidy to move in. There is Plenty of room to park out the front of the house very spacious kitchen and there is all the basic stuff you need. You will only need a bed and whatever you would like to put in your bedroom. We have a queensize bed and tv unit if needed,
