Preferred room and flatmate description
Hi,
I have 3 fully furnished, recently refurbished rooms, available for rent to a male or female residents or international students. Double Room can have either 2 singles or a Queen size bed, whichever you require.
Common (Lounge/Dining) Rooms are fully furnished with TV & DVD Player, and a kitchen which has all amenities.
Cost of room includes all water, electricity and internet usage. Public transport is only 2 mins walk, and only a 10 min walk to Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre, which has a major bus exchange with buses going direct to most universities in Brisbane. Almost everything from the Bedrooms right through to the laundry is new, to near new. I have one, young, friendly dog also.
