Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello,

I am looking for someone to share this huge house in Castle Hill! My current flate mate is looking to move within the next 6 weeks and I'll have this massive place all to myself. Every time someone comes to visit, they always remark on how spacious it is - and they aren't kidding! There are 2 rooms up for grabs, with plenty of space and closets galore. You can have your own bathroom & cupboards to store plenty of things. The house has a very spacious living room kitchen and dining room, a massive cook top and oven (professional chefs have even remarked on it!), dishwasher and walk in pantry area. The laundry is internal with a great garden and washing line to hang clothes. Generous outdoor entertaining area out the back with a sauna as well! The house has beautiful hardwood floors, as well as a fire place. If you are a bookworm, there is even a small library to shelve your books. The internet is set up and bills are an additional expense on top of rent. When my flatmate moves, I will need to organise a fridge and washer/dryer.

I run my 2 businesses from home, and I am out most days. I am stylist and a designer, so very creative. I love people who are hardworking and ambitious and happy to contribute to long days by cooking for them and sharing a meal if I'm in the kitchen. I can be outgoing as well as enjoy my own company. I don't throw wild parties, and keep entertaining to close friends and family. Most nights are me chilling out on the couch watching a DVD or reading a good book. The street the house is located on is beautifully tree lined, quiet and very safe. Castle Towers is a 1 minute drive away, and the bus to the city, North Sydney and Parramatta is at the top of the street.
