The room is a good size, has large windows with pleasant outlook. Furniture includes a high quality bed and mattress, bedroom-linen, built-in wardobes, shelves, bedside table; remainder of the home is fully furnished and well equipped with everything needed for comfortable daily life.
We are mature professionals looking for a compatible person to join our happy, cooperative, peaceful home. Long stay is preferred. In special circumstances a couple might be accepted however the quoted rent is for one person. If there is agreement for a 2nd person there will be an additional cost above the quoted 1-person rent price.
Please note that we are a definite non-smoking home and have instant allergic reaction to nicotine smell; if you are a quitting smoker or keep it to your work location we are willing to discuss this.
