Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi I'm an honest, responsible and considerate woman who has just finished studying and is currently working on a casual basis. I have two well behaved and respectful & young boys (7 & 10). We are hoping to share a home with likeminded person(s) to cut costs and enjoy the diversity that share accommodation offers. We are positive people who enjoy the company of others.

I have an exemplary rental history spanning a number of years, which is backed up with documentation.

Ideally, it would be brilliant to share accommodation with another sole parent family, but we are more than happy to be flexible in that regard.

I am neat and tidy (as are my kids - somewhat begrudgingly on their behalf - LOL). I also enjoy a good chat, but conversely, I understand when people need their own space.

We live a quiet, family oriented life, so it would be perfect if we could find someone like-minded in that regard. My idea of a big night is a couple of glasses of red and a BBQ with friends, so a party house is not for us.

A house in the Tuggerah area or within 15 minutes drive there would be ideal. Somewhere with a little room to move or even a farm would be nice, as the boys love their exercise. If you are easy going and have a positive outlook, please don't hesitate to drop me a line. : )
