The Property is situated walking distance to southland shopping center. Its very close to train and bus stations. Not far from everything you may need like gym, sports center, park, 5mins drive from beach.
Its set up as a home, not just a place to sleep which gives a warm and positive living environment. The House and bedrooms are fully furnished (or rooms can be vacant), all you will need is your personal items.(bedding towels etc..) I currently have one room available.
You would live with the owner a female who works full time and is self employed, and a 29 yr old female who also works full time she is from singapore and is a pastry chief. Plus 2 inside well trained dogs who are 'part of the family'. This home is a place you relax after a night out.. not bring the party home too.
This place would be great for a student, or first time sharing no couples.
I'm Looking for a clean & tidy person, respectful! and reliable, with the offer of a share house family/friendship. Sorry there is no room for storage, more pets or children.
I will require references and maybe a police check due to recent issues.
$730 per month includes rent , bills, and some cleaning.
