It is an average size room (3 X 3.3 m) , which fits a double bed. It has also a good sized wardrobe.
3 minute walk to to the Station and 15 minute walk to Southland and beach. It is a quiet dead end street with plenty of street parking. It is near the train line so will suit person who doesnt mind that.
