Room for rent in a two bedroom, two bathroom and two car park unit in Chermside, to share with one other (me).
The room has built in cupboards and is also furnished with a queen bed and tall boy (set of drawers).
The unit is 2 minute walk to the bus stop for buses into the City and Valley or a 10 minute walk to the Chermside shops where there are buses to the City and Southbank. It is also a 5 minute walk to the Prince Charles Hospital, and there is a set of shops around 2 minutes walk away with a supermarket, take away shops, etc.
Rent is $165pw plus bills (being electricity and gas hot water), plus four weeks bond.
A little bit about me - I'm a 30yo female professional, work Monday to Friday in the Valley, like to go out and be social most weekends, play sport three nights a week and am quite into music so also head out to see bands every now and then as well.
As well as the usual things in a flatmate like being clean and tidy, considerate, normal, sane, etc, the only thing on my must list is a non smoker.
