The room for rent is spacious and has a double closet with mirror over the door, you will have your own bathroom which also has a washer and dryer to share... large lounge fully furnished room also has a double bed. Kitchen has all amenities and there is a large balcony with table and chairs. Unit is on second floor in a complex and has a security gate and underground parking. Will have to buy own food. Rent is $180 p/w payed fortnightly.
