A little about me, my name is Dette. I studied a Bachelor of Arts at Flinders but have taken a year off to earn some money before going back to study teaching next year. I majored in history and this is one of my main interests as well as film, hanging out with friends and taking my dog to the beach.
I have rented for three years, but this is my first house by myself and am finding it hard to cope with costs and the quiet. My situation is unique in that I'm looking for a housemate to rent one room, or someone interested in renting the whole house for $250 pw as I have the option of moving back home.
The room on offer has air conditioning, built in wardrobe and lots of light. The house itself has two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry, large bright kitchen and separate lounge. It is an older house but has been re-carpeted and painted so it is updated and with a five minute walk to the beach you cant beat it!
On top of these features the most important other thing to mention is my dog Jack. He is a very friendly red heeler that I share with the ex, but he is not around very often and the worst he does is cuddle you to death!
