I'm looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom house just 5 kms from the city. The house is close to all facilities and 100mm from a bus route to town or Flinders Uni. The house has a large yard and entertainment area and is a great place to relax with a quiet drink or two. It is a clean house but not spotless, very comfortable to live in. It's in a quiet street and a great area. The room can either be furnished or not but all household items are there for you to use.
