I'm looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom house just 5 kms from the city. The house is close to all facilities and 100m from a bus route to town or Flinders Uni. The house has a large yard and entertainment area and is a great place to relax with a quiet drink or two. It is a clean house but not spotless, very comfortable to live in. It's in a quiet street and a great area. The room is unfurnished but the house has everythingthing else needed.
